3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Pack the item securely and include proof of purchase.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
