WHICH SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
The fit of our products is oversized. However, you can check the sizing of each product in the corresponding product size guide. You can also guide yourself based on the model’s height and the size they are wearing.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order hasn’t been prepared yet, we can modify it or cancel it without any problems. To do this, please contact us stating your order number and any other relevant information here.

On the contrary, if we cannot modify nor cancel your order, you will have to request a return or exchange.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?
Even though this rarely occurs, mistakes can happen; hence, you might receive the wrong product. In this case, contact us here.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT DOES NOT GO THROUGH?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
As soon as an order enters our system, it is transferred and shipped as early as possible. During times of high demand, this process might take longer than usual.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
When your order ships, you will receive an email from the shipping company containing the tracking information of your order.
IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE, CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE IT?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your recent Rodeo Hope order, we will gladly accept any items that are in new condition and have not been worn, washed, or altered.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
We allow up to 15 days since you receive your order or place your purchase in-store to request a return or exchange.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR MAKING A RETURN?
Yes. All returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
